Appointments at Luxury Wax Bar are very demanded and it is imperative for us to accommodate our customers as good as possible. In order to achieve this, we offer the possibility to all our customers to cancel their appointments by a firm 24 hours before the appointment. All our clients have the possibility to cancel their appointments whether made via email, personally, through our booking platform or by telephone. We are also allowing our customers to reschedule their appointments if the notice is given by 24 hours before the treatment so we can manage to offer you a more convenient time and also avoid a “No-show” fee. Customers that failing to notify Luxury Wax Bar within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee. In this case, no refunds can be given to rescheduled or cancelled appointments.
Since 01/06/2016 Luxury Wax Bar has been implemented a new booking platform which is more user-friendly and more complex. The reason why we have introduced a new booking platform is because allows us to create a new set of smaller prices for our waxing treatments, more promotions and a better management of bookings and marketing, things that couldn’t be made before working with 3rd party booking systems.
In order to create a booking please fill out all requested fields and please provide a correct and valid email address and telephone number when creating a new online booking with Luxury Wax Bar. All our clients must provide both email address and phone number correct as all the notifications for bookings are sent through email and SMS. Everything after an appointment is placed using our booking platform and email and SMS will be sent to the customer within 5 min for SMS and 10 min for email.
Restrictions for customers
Customers that are currently on medications which prohibit them from having treatments at this time MUST describe the problem on the “NOTES” field included in our online booking system or call the salon to discuss more regarding the choice of the treatment or eligibility.
For clients with more than two no-shows, the appointments can be made only if the treatment is prepaid through our online booking system. In this case the option “Pay at venue” it is not available.
Refunds or exchanges from Luxury Wax Bar Ltd. are available within 10 to 14 days of payment, with a legal receipt.
